In recent days, at the standardized grain drying center project site in Guishan Village, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, UGOOD's installation engineers have been busy installing and debugging heat source equipment, cleaning machines, conveyors, elevators, grain dryers, etc., and have successfully completed no-load trial operation, marking the official completion of the district's first standardized grain drying center.

The drying center covers an area of 2,000 square meters and is equipped with 5 circulating grain dryers, 2 biomass environmentally friendly pellet furnaces, and automated grain loading and unloading facilities. It has efficient, large-scale grain drying capabilities, including dry and wet grain silos, metal storage silos, and digital management, with a daily drying capacity of 100 tons.

After completion, the project will not only provide drying services for local grain farmers, such as rice and seeds, but also serve the Dongjin Grain Station, grain and oil enterprises in the Taihu Industrial Park, and radiate to surrounding areas, improving the level of mechanized grain drying in the region.

"From now on, when rice harvesting encounters rainy weather, surrounding grain farmers will no longer have to worry, solving everyone's concerns," said Wang Fengsen, a rice demonstration farmer in Guishan Village.

Food security is paramount for national stability. Grain drying is a crucial step in ensuring the safe storage of grain. It effectively shortens the cycle from rice harvesting in the field to its storage in the granary, reducing post-harvest losses and the possibility of mold, thus helping to guarantee grain quality!
