The rice company's newly upgraded rice production line utilizes UGOOD's fully automated intelligent rice processing equipment, operating with a PLC automated control system. This system allows for one-button start-up of all equipment, significantly reducing labor costs, improving the production environment, and greatly increasing output efficiency, resulting in higher quality and better-tasting rice.
The rice company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a building area of 18,282 square meters. The facility includes rice processing workshops, rice flour processing workshops, steel silos, paddy storage warehouses, miscellaneous grain warehouses, logistics warehouses, drying towers, hot air furnace rooms, boiler rooms, and pump rooms. The upgraded production line utilizes world-class control systems and hardware facilities for all stages, including destoning, hulling, milling, and color sorting.
Leveraging the abundant rice-growing area, slightly alkaline water quality, and high-quality rice produced in Taobei District,this factory adopts a "company + cooperative + family farm" operation model. This model helps surrounding farmers achieve stable income increases, spearheads the development of the rice industry chain, and forms a complete industrial chain integrating planting, processing, and sales, thus promoting industrial upgrading.
