Function and working principle:

The mesh belt dryer is a large-scale equipment that sends materials into the dryer through a conveyor belt for drying. It usually consists of a feeding system, a drying system, a discharging system, a hot air circulation system, an exhaust system and a control system.
The mesh belt dryer adopts a dynamic drying mode. The material is spread on the stainless steel mesh belt through the feeding device and transported to the inside of the drying main unit. At the same time, the heat provided by the heat source system will be input into the bottom of the drying main unit in the form of hot air under the action of the induced draft fan, and then pass through the material layer from bottom to top, taking away the moisture in the material to achieve the purpose of drying.
Drying and conveying are carried out simultaneously. Through the transmission system, the drying humidity, temperature, speed, duration, and air volume can be adjusted independently, and the feed, drying, and discharge are continuously transported, realizing fully automated large-scale drying operations.
