Large Automatic Corn Seeds Thresher consists of three main parts: threshing, screening, and air ducting.
Working Principle:
Corn ears are conveyed to the threshing chamber of the thresher via a conveyor. The ears are squeezed to separate the kernels from the cobs, which are then discharged through the cob discharge outlet on the thresher.
The kernels are screened and air-sorted based on the physical and mechanical properties of the seeds and other impurities. As the kernels pass through the upper screen box, light impurities are removed by the upper suction duct, and the oversize material is discharged through the upper impurity discharge outlet. As the kernels pass through the lower screen box, light impurities are removed by the lower suction duct, completing a second round of impurity removal. The undersize material is then discharged through the small impurity outlet, and the cleaned corn seeds are discharged through the seed outlet.
Features:
1. Utilizing a low-breakage kneading threshing technology, this system minimizes corn breakage during the threshing process.
2. Utilizing a comprehensive cleaning system combining air separation and screening to maximize cleaning efficiency.
3. High yields allow a single threshing machine to meet the needs of an entire production line.
