This machine is specially designed for surface cleaning of seeds with irregular shapes and fluff (fuzz) or thin shells. It can effectively remove the fluff, dust and other impurities wrapped on the seeds.

Main structure:

The machine is mainly composed of a feed hopper, a vibrating feeder, a brush shaft, a brush cylinder, a discharge port, a frame, an impurity box, a finished product box, a dust collector, a dust collector frame, a dust removal fan, an electric control box, and a feeder. The feeder control box is composed of several parts.

Working principle:

When the material enters the brush tube, the seeds flow between the brush tube and the brush, and the fluff or dust on the seeds is brushed off by the brush by using the gap between the brush and the brush tube. Small impurities are discharged from the gap of the brush tube, and the finished product flows to the finished product outlet. Since the brush is made of thinner nylon filaments, and the gap between the brush and the brush can be adjusted, the seeds will not be harmed during the working process.
