Function and features:

1. Typically used in the front-end emery roller milling section of rice production lines, with a brush roller at the end of the machine, it both repairs rice grains and wipes away bran powder from the surface, resulting in finished rice with less bran.

2. Long sand roller milling ensures a more uniform whitening of the rice surface and a higher head rice yield.

3. Highly adaptable, it can process both indica and japonica rice.

4. Employs an external fan with medium-pressure exhaust and supplemental air at both ends of the main shaft and the feed inlet, resulting in low rice temperature and low broken rice and bran content.

5. A finely adjusted feeding device ensures stable and uniform entry of rice grains into the milling chamber. Tangential and directional tracking feeding maximizes the machine's processing capacity.
