Introduction:

The suction-type gravity destoner is mainly used to separate impurities such as stones with a higher specific gravity than paddy. It can also be used to separate other impurities. This machine utilizes the difference in specific gravity and suspension velocity between paddy and stones. With the help of an upward airflow passing through the gaps between the grain particles, the grain and stones are separated. The heavier impurities, such as stones, remain at the bottom layer and move towards the outlet end under the action of the directional, inclined, reciprocating destoner screen. The grain floating at the top flows towards the discharge end under its own weight, thus separating the stones from the grain.
